Decide and begin implementing a new board governance structure that prioritizes engagement,                 strategic leadership, and organizational excellence. 

Develop and execute a GSI capital campaign with targeted fundraising initiatives and goals to              diversify the revenue stream for both the mid-term and long term.  

Cultivate and steward GSI's member partner retention and growth.  

Implement performance monitoring programs to communicate progress on our priorities and activities effectively.
