We will maintain our goals central in our process, and in each meeting by adopting clear expectations and targets based on clarity of vision and purpose. Our process will include capturing lists of items discussed but not put into action, maintaining a dashboard to keep action items visible. We will celebrate success along the way to achieving the long-term vision and short-term goals that support our present needs.
